Artem has over 20 years of experience in executive search, assessment, leadership consulting, and advisory in the talent sector.
He was one of the pioneers in implementing Recruitment Process Outsourcing projects in Russia and has also founded several technology startups, including AI talent management solutions.
In addition to his extensive consulting experience, Artem has held HR leadership positions in large private companies and global public firms.
He holds a PhD in Economics and an MBA from the Skolkovo Moscow School of Management. Currently, he is pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration program at the HSE Graduate School of Business.
